The study is located off of the dining room. The living room holds a handful of built-in cabinets and an old, functional, brick fireplace. One bedroom with an accompanying bathroom is located off of this room. Flooring varies in the rooms and is a combination of hardwood, linoleum, and carpet.

The second floor has three additional room, one of which is used as a bedroom and the other two are used for temporary storage and miscellaneous purposes. The flooring on the second level is a combination of painted hardwood and carpet. The second livable building on the homestead is called the ranch house. Originally, this building was used as a house for the ranch manager of the property when it was a large homestead before it was converted to a dairy. After house was no longer needed for the ranch manager, it was used for renting out and is now used for family relatives. The house is 800 square feet and contains one bedroom, one bathroom, one additional room/study, one living room and one kitchen.
