Currently, the entire property covers approximately 35 acres of land. About 11 acres is used for various buildings and other structures. There are two dwelling buildings, an assortment of outbuildings, three windbreaks rows, and a number of flower beds that are near the center of the property.  The rest of the land is used for five sections pastureland which combined make add up to approximately 24 acres. The property is nearly an exact square with the exception of the northwest corner. The width of it is 1/4 mile and its length runs for 1/4 mile.
